General requirements
- Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree in social sciences e.g. Human Resource Studies, Organization Studies, or Business Studies. You can apply for admission BEFORE you have graduated, but you must graduate by September 1 at the latest. - You cannot be accepted onto this Master's program without having either a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Work experience or an interest in this field cannot be taken into account for the admission process without a sufficient academic background.
- Basic knowledge about the social sciences e.g. sociology, psychology, research methods and statistics.
- Relevant knowledge about organizations, management and research methods.
