These changes force them to review their traditional management methods to integrate a more strategic vision and new skills and abilities.

The Business Administration - Occupational Health and Safety Management degree at Laval University will allow you to acquire knowledge in each management function, in organizational health as well as in strategic and integrated OHS management. You will also develop skills in the prevention of work accidents, occupational illnesses and stress in business as well as in people management. Practically oriented, the program includes several opportunities to align learning with business reality. It notably includes an intervention project.
