Key facts

With the Masters in International Business and Commercial Law at Anglia Ruskin University you’ll learn about international commercial contracts, e-commerce and international intellectual property law.
You’ll also examine and critically assess how businesses address commercial disputes in the context of globalisation. And you can advance your knowledge of competition law or comparative company law.
As well as this, you’ll build upon your existing skills in using electronic databases, academic writing, and referencing.
You’ll develop your research skills, methods, and methodology too. This will stand you in good stead for your Major Project, where you carry out a research project from start to finish, supervised by a member of academic staff.
