The specialization in Food and Beverage Management is a program that responds to the restaurant sector's need to attract and incorporate executive profiles: managers with in-depth knowledge in business management and administration to overcome the new dynamics of the hospitality industry.

The Master's degree is aimed at all those who need to acquire or reinforce their knowledge of management, organization, and planning of restaurant businesses. Whether to learn the latest techniques and trends or to promote themselves to higher positions in the organization.

The Master's program focuses on four profiles:
