Overview
Ready to design experiences that make a difference? User Experience (UX) Design is the process of creating digital and other products or services that are user-friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate. UX design shapes how people interact with the world around them and improves experiences through usability, satisfaction, effectiveness, learnability, error tolerance and emotional connection.
Solutions can be applied to websites, mobile apps, immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR), physical spaces, service design and complex digital systems. UX design is necessary across many fields and can lead to diverse, in-demand professional opportunities.
