Learning Outcomes

The Strategic Management program from Kazakh Agro-Technical Research University (KATRU) will help you:

Apply communication methods in the management process, manage project research activities and the team based on leadership qualities
To form a strategy for the development of enterprises using methods of strategic planning, forecasting, modeling, project management and management reporting
Use strategic management methods in the development of enterprise and agribusiness development strategies, economically justifying production and technological processes using international experience
Evaluate a set of marketing tools and methods of market development and sales organization in order to develop marketing strategies for managerial decision-making and enterprise strategy development
Apply modern business technologies to solve problems, assess the company's growth prospects and create unique strategies for the company's development in conditions of uncertainty
Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes, effectively use situational management tools and SoftSkills, develop measures for personal, educational and professional growth, identify and evaluate new market opportunities
Understand regulatory documents in the field of management accounting, IFRS, taxes, fees, evaluate the analysis of cash flows and capital of the company for decision-making when developing winning strategies of the enterprise and agribusiness in the market.
