Overview
Manipal Law School is the first Law School in the Country to offer a specialised masters in law degree in construction Law field. The programs intend to expose cohorts to emerging construction technologies, sustainability, administration of construction contracts based on best international practices, risks involved in construction besides alternative dispute resolution like adjudication, arbitration, and mediation.
The Indian construction industry is growing at an exponential rate. It is expected that over the next 4 years the Indian construction industry would be registering an annual growth of 6.3% and India’s infrastructure investment will be in the range of US$ 1.3 trillion (INR 104.2 trillion).
