The Advanced Studies and Research in Finance program at IGR-IAE Rennes offers students a dual orientation, both academic and professional.

Key Facts

It provides in-depth knowledge in the traditional fields of finance: market finance, corporate finance, risk management and asset management. It develops students' ability to work independently, analyse, synthesise and think critically, all of which are necessary qualities for professional and research activities.
In particular, the course is based on group work, the use of financial databases such as Bloomberg, modelling and the use of statistical software, and the organisation of scientific article reading seminars.
