Overview
As part of this Advanced Legal Practice programme at University of Sunderland you’ll undertake core modules designed to advance your skills in Client Interviewing, Property Law and Practice, Wills and Administration of Estates Dispute Resolution, Criminal Litigation, Business Law & Practice and Advocacy. To complete the course you will undertake a Legal Practice Project.
Course structure
- A typical week for you will include weekly two-hour workshops across a variety of SQ1 and SQE 2 subjects. These are interactive and require a high level of preparation; in these workshops, you will develop your written and oral skills. The research project and dissertation are supervised by your tutor.
- Compared to an undergraduate course, you will find that this master's requires a higher level of independent work. You will encounter a range of practical supervised and portfolio assessments across the course followed by an extended piece of researched coursework for your Practice Project.
