Studying at Griffith Film School with it's world class facilities of high-end equipment and studios, you will be well-equipped to work across a wide range of production settings that replicate industry practices. Throughout the Cinematic Arts course from Griffith University , you will produce creative works in collaboration with your peers and where applicable, with external partners and stakeholders. The scope of your practice-based work may include cross-disciplinary approaches as you explore new and emerging trends, platforms and media. You will be encouraged to challenge and refine your artistic and technical practices, to exchange ideas and perspectives and to be inspired to take your own pursuits to the next level.

Upon successful completion of the degree, it is expected that you will have gained a solid understanding of yourself as practitioner and how your interests, skills and knowledge align to your career goals and contemporary industry contexts. 1 year duration (80CP)

a recognised Bachelor degree (or higher) in a related discipline and five years relevant work experience

1.5 year duration (120CP)

a recognised Bachelor degree (or higher) in a related discipline
a combination of alternative admission criteria such as formal, informal, and non-formal learning deemed to be equivalent to the above.

2 year duration (160CP)

a recognised Bachelor degree (or higher)

AND: provide a personal statement of no more than two pages

You must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 (using a 7.0 point scale) in your previous qualification
