Overview

Engineering Managers must typically combine technical knowledge and strong understanding of engineering concepts, with business management techniques to solve engineering problems. Furthermore, these attributes must then be supplemented with leadership skill to enable them to effectively manage cross-functional teams, oversee complex engineering projects, and make strategic business decisions related to engineering. This Engineering Management course at the Atlantic Technological University was developed in consultation with industry to ensure that its graduates have the desired attributes.
