Career opportunities:
Graduates of this program will be equipped to assist in forensic odontology casework.
Identify victims of mass disaster. Work as a consultant. Examine and analyse bite marks. Daily tasks require attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly both in writing and verbally. Forensic odontologists must be prepared to work on cases that may be confronting and distressing to some people.

To be eligible, an applicant must have achieved the following minimum entry requirements and demonstrate they fulfil any prerequisite and essential criteria for admission. In cases where there are more eligible applicants than available places, admission will be competitive with ranks based on the entry criteria.
- A completed Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or higher) from a recognised higher education institution; AND
- At least two years' experience in general dental practice.
