The programme aims to train social scientists who have the analytical equipment and critical perspective that will enable them to examine many issues that shape today’s world at local, national and international levels in a broad intellectual, social and historical context.

General requirements
- Candidates holding degrees from the departments of Political Science and International Relations, Political Science, or Political Science and Public Administration, as well as International Relations, are eligible to apply for the programme.
- Candidates with bachelor's degrees from other programmes may also be invited for an interview if they meet the other requirements. If deemed necessary during the interview, candidates may be accepted on the condition that they continue the scientific preparation program.
- Candidates must meet the English language proficiency criteria of TED University English Language School to begin the program.
