Overview
Taking an interdisciplinary approach, the Strategic Health and Wellbeing Leadership programme from Technological University of the Shannon explores mental, physical, emotional, social, and organisational wellbeing. Through TUS’s active learning model, you’ll engage with strategic planning, policy development, leadership and management theory, and contemporary wellbeing trends, equipping you to influence change across corporate, public sector, healthcare, sporting, and community environments. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in integrative wellbeing practice, from digital health innovations to sustainable wellbeing strategies.
You can tailor your studies with a 30-credit capstone research dissertation or an action research project, complemented by practical project management skills to help you design, implement, and evaluate wellbeing initiatives. The programme also emphasises personal and professional development, with opportunities to engage in guest lectures, site visits, conferences, and collaborations with industry and community partners.
