Overview
The Applied Physics - Mastertrack Physics of Nanomaterials and Semiconductor Devices programme from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) connects you directly with global leaders who are shaping the future of chip technology.
You will explore the development, fabrication, and characterization of functional nanomaterials and their use in semiconductor devices. Topics include spin systems, semiconductors, 2D materials and organic or molecular materials, with applications in energy conversion, communication, data storage, sensing, and novel computing paradigms.
The track offers a strong foundation in experimental methods such as nanomaterial synthesis and advanced characterization, as well as in computational modeling and theory development.

- To be considered for admission to a MSc program, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (Honours) from an accredited academic university, Upper Second or First Class. The overall average grade to obtain the minimum required degree classification must have already been obtained at time of application. Conditional acceptance on obtaining the required degree classification is not possible
