Overview

The Trusted AI for Blockchain Systems master's program from Southern Federal University is designed to address the current challenges of digital transformation and allows students to explore both fundamental and applied aspects of blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies in depth.The program offers two educational tracks:

"International" (emphasizing English-language academic and professional communication)
"Specialized" (focusing on advanced technical training and the integration of AI with blockchain systems).

Students can choose a track based on their career goals and previous experience.Students will be able to engage in research as part of a research seminar and gain practical experience in one of SFedU's laboratories, as well as during an internship at a program partner company.In the fourth semester, students write and defend their master's thesis and receive a Master of Engineering degree in Information Security. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to:

Identify requirements for an information system based on blockchain technology.
Develop the architecture of an information system based on blockchain technology using trusted AI.
Develop information security requirements, including the use of mathematical apparatus to solve applied problems in the development and application of trusted AI for blockchain systems.
Develop software for blockchain technologies using AI methods and taking into account information security requirements.
Create and research solutions for various purposes based on blockchain technology.

Create and implement one or more end-to-end digital artificial intelligence subtechnologies, including those for blockchain big data analysis.

AI and blockchain specialists can work in a wide range of industries: from startups and fintech to large corporations and government agencies. Primary employment opportunities include: IT companies, banks, consulting firms, gaming companies (game development), logistics, healthcare, and other fields where data security is important.
