This course uses traditional theoretical and academic study alongside practical workshops and group work. You will attend small group sessions, seminars and lectures, and complete practical sessions. Your designated personal tutor will support you throughout your degree.
You will be assessed through a range of assignments including essays, examinations, portfolios, practical assessments, lab reports and oral presentations.
Your placements are also assessed. You will receive feedback on all aspects of your placement elements, from safety and effectiveness to professionalism.

- 2:1 (Upper second class) in a related field is required such as health, medical, sports and biomedical sciences. Science-based degrees such as biology, biochemistry, chemistry and physiology will be considered. Other degrees may be considered on an individual basis. You must also have practical experience relating to Physiotherapy, such as shadowing, work placements or healthcare work experience.
