Course Overview
The aim of the Management, Technology and Economics program at ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology is to equip students to develop innovative and intelligent solutions to meet today’s most pressing challenges in business and society: shaping innovative business practices, designing agile workflows, and creating sustainable solutions in a world of finite resources.
The program takes pride in having strong contacts and frequent interaction with key decision makers in business and public governance. Practically oriented case studies on relevant topics such as digital transformation, sustainability, and strategy will help you understand and shape transformation in companies.
An international student body with a wide range of backgrounds, peer-to-peer learning, a mentoring programme and an industrial internship all form part of the MSc Management, Technology, and Economics experience and will prepare you to take on leadership positions in technology-driven organisations.

General requirements
For admission to the degree programme one of the following is required:
- a university Bachelor’s degree comprising at least 180 ECTS credits(1 (credits) or an equivalent university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, or
- a university Bachelor’s degree comprising at least 180 credits or an equivalent university degree in other Engineering disciplines or in Natural Sciences which –provided that any pertaining additional requirements can be completed within the set framework – satisfies the academic prerequisites,
- basic knowledge and skills in the disciplines Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science which are in content, scope, quality and level of mastery equivalent to those covered in the ETH Bachelor’s degree programmes in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and Information Technology
