The Creative and Critical Writing MA is driven by the sense that the critical and the creative are necessarily intertwined. It has grown out of longstanding teaching and research interests in:

creative writing
psychoanalysis
cultural materialism
eco-writing
postcolonialism
deconstruction
feminism

queer theory.
