The Master's programme in International and European Law at Radboud University is unique because it not only provides a thorough understanding of international and European law in general, but also allows further specialisation in one of the four tracks. 

International and EU Legal Orders 

Develop an elaborate understanding of international and European law. Master the skills needed to tackle pressing international and EU legal challenges - from sustainability and digitalization to migration and international conflicts - through our dynamic and forward-thinking LLM programme. 

Business Law 

Master EU law and its connection to international frameworks, preparing you to navigate today’s legal challenges in business. This programme focuses among others on digitalisation, artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainability, giving you the expertise to work in multinational corporations or leading law firms. 

Human Rights and Migration 

This programme provides in-depth knowledge of international and European legal instruments that impact the rights and mobility of citizens in the EU. You will explore the role of major international courts in protecting individual rights, while also examining the dynamic relationship between migration law and human rights across national, European, and international contexts. 

European Law and Global Affairs 

Do you want to become an expert in European law while also studying the international relations of the European Union from a political science perspective? Then the Master's specialization in European Law and Global Affairs might be for you. This multidisciplinary programme prepares you to tackle the legal and political challenges the EU faces globally and provides you with the skills to analyze and influence the EU’s role on the global stage.
