Overview
The curriculum of this Master's programme has been developed in close collaboration with the Nijmegen School of Management. The programme will teach you to become a digital architect who can look beyond mere technical sides to ICT adoption in designing competitive business solutions. In addition to developing a strong basis in systems approaches to information and management, students will specialise either as a Security or privacy officer, or in Alignment and IT.

There is a big demand for highly trained information experts who can bridge the gap between the builders and the users of IT to ensure good, user-friendly technology that meets an organisation's needs. Many of our students are offered jobs even before they graduate. Most go into industry, banking and insurance, or public-sector organisations such as schools and hospitals. - Completed Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a research university (WO) in Information Science, Computing Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s programme must include coursework in both Computing Science and Business Administration, for example: Business Administration degree plus at least 15 EC in Computing Science courses such as Information Systems, Programming, Requirements Engineering, and Security.
- Demonstrable familiarity with research methods, academic writing and critical thinking (e.g., via thesis or internship).
- Sufficient proficiency in English (for English-taught programmes), via diploma or standard test (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, PTE Academic and LanguageCert).
- For candidates with a Bachelor’s from a University of Applied Sciences (HBO) or other non-standard background: may be required to complete a customised Pre-Master’s programme to meet admission criteria.
