go utd!!
For right now, life at the University of Texas at Dallas has been pretty good. I am currently a sophomore, but I spent my freshman year here, and that was nice. It's pretty diverse, which I enjoyed a lot, especially because I came from a majority-white city. The campus is pretty safe as well, especially compared to other colleges, as I'm able to walk around in the middle of the night and also in the early morning when it's still dark. Despite this, the campus is really small, and you won't expect to find a grocery store or anything like that.
Campus
A fantastic venue to meet people is the University of Texas . due to the fact that everyone here is so kind and that you can always attend social events to meet the locals. I never found the course to be boring, and it was offered by a reputable school. I formerly resided in the Westwood region. For students, the city is fantastic. Additionally, the University campus is immensely rewarding.
UTD
wonderful and passionate faculty. good resources and events. small but tight knit community. very dead social life on the surface, but once you join a few clubs it can get very busy and lively. most grievances students have could be solved with a little more initiative to build community and find others like them!
