History
Antwerp Management School is founded as IPO (Instituut voor Postuniversitair Onderwijs) in 1959. At that time it had 1 flagship program: PPB (Postuniversitair Programma in Bedrijfsbeheer), an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) “avant la lettre”. It had a major impact on the development of Antwerp, and in many leading companies and organizations, we find PPB/EMBA alumni back.

AMS REVIEW
AMS is a great school with strong programs. I was part of the Master of Finance program and got a lot out of it. The only downside is that it can be difficult to find a job in Belgium without knowing Dutch or French, so I had to look for opportunities elsewhere in the EU.
Brilliant choice with a tiny con
AMS is a great school with strong programs. I was in the Master of Finance program and gained a lot from it. The only downside to you reading this maybe that it's challenging to secure a job in Belgium if you don't speak Dutch or French, since I speak French it's not something I'm worried about but if you don't you would have to explore other options within the EU to find employment. But overall education wise, very impressed.
Good value for money
In terms of value for money, I believe this is the best University to get a masters degree on accounting you can choose. Being part of Antwerp Management School will definitely make it easier to enter the job market and offers a strong networking network.

Campus life
Antwerp Management School is situated in a lively neighborhood in the center of the city of Antwerp close to restaurants, (coffee)bars, theaters and the Antwerp fashion scene. AMS is located at Boogkeers, in an historical building that has been beautifully renovated.
The building is partially new, partially renovated and restored to its historic state. The open house philosophy, so typical for AMS, fully takes shape in this building. There is open foyer on the ground floor and a terrace on the first floor, with apple trees and even a bee hive. Participants really feel at home at AMS.
Student clubs
The full-time master's students organize themselves in the Student Council. The Student Council organizes fun activities (dinners, trips, ...) You can follow them on Instagram via @studentcouncil_ams
