Reflection on My Academic Journey
summarise your overall study experience? I truly appreciated the strong academic foundation my Nutrition and Dietetics studies provided, especially in clinical nutrition, dietary planning, and the pathophysiology of diseases. I particularly enjoyed the practical aspect of my education — during my four-month clinical internship, I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clinical cases, including metabolic disorders, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and eating disorders. This experience strengthened my interest in clinical dietetics and helped me develop a more patient-centered approach. Through the Erasmus+ program, I am also completing a research internship at the IMDEA Food Institute in Spain, which has deepened my understanding of how nutrition connects with health and disease at a scientific level. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to integrate more research-based courses and interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities earlier in the program. Overall, my studies have been deeply rewarding and have inspired me to further advance academically through a master’s degree in the field of nutrition and health sciences.

Good experience
The professors are helpful and they get to know you in a personal level which is very important. The university is small. Max 400 students in this department. This has some positives, like more personal level of education but some negatives like less competition. Overall the experience was great.
