History
In March of 2001, the Ministry of Education approved the university’s legal status. After four years hard work and efforts, Taichung Healthcare and Management University has been renamed as Asia University since August 1, 2005, as approved by the Ministry of Education.
Research
To improve the quantity and quality of research outputs, Asia University has established various top-notch research centers that will lead the world by adopting emerging technology.
Our research centers include the AI Research Center, the Center for Precision Medicine Research, the Intelligent Assistive Technology and Rehabilitation Innovation Center, the Institute of Innovation and Circular Economy, the Eye Center, the Big Data Research Center, the Research Center of Fintech and Blockchain Technology, the Food Safety and Inspection Center, the 3D Printing Medical Research Institute, the Center for Prevention and Treatment of Internet Addiction, and the Edible and Medicinal Mushrooms Research Center.

Have not started but I will rate it's 80 percent
My opinion is that joining the university is a big privilege. And a lot of opportunities that are Of good benefits,I have not started the classes yet but it will be a fun and interesting thing to do. What I dislike about it is the rate at which we are asked to share link with other students,but yet Edu opinions will train you and develop you.
Bachelor's degree
It is one of the best school when it's comes breeding incoming teacher. The lecturer are always ready to give their best to the students even with the fact that most of their salaries are not being paid. I would always recommend this school because it's the best you will ever imagined although they don't have much classes but the rates at which the lecturer are is unimaginable
Infrastructure needs to improve
The school wants international students, but does not have the infrastructure or staff to support them. I have not had issues with any professors, but the administrative staff is not helpful. The dorms facilities are constantly breaking, and dorm residents are treated like children who need monitoring instead of as adults with autonomy.

Housing services
All foreign students are guaranteed to live in dormitories which are new with good study space and recreation equipment. There is a big food court with many food stands and shops for your choices at lunch and dinner times. There are also several 24-hour convenient stores in or near campus which you can depend to live your life! Finally, near the campus there also many food courts and restaurants.
Library services
Besides the local libraries distributed inthe department buildings, the University Library is located in Administration _Building where University Library is locatedthe elegant Administration Building and is decorated with many famous artists' works. Study in the space is sort of enjoyment! Also, Internet accessibility is everywhere in the campus.
Campus life
There are so manyTaiji Lake in AU campuselegant Roman-Greek architectures,picturesque lakes and gardens, scenic campus sites, green building courts, and so on in the campus. Actually, Asia University has been ranked the 28th best green university in the world in 2013, and has received a National Real-estate Excellence Award in 2008 because of the outstanding campus and building designs. The entire campus is like a green harmonic artistic masterpiece!
Sports facilities
Asia University has built a Colosseum-shaped gymnasium where various sports equipments and fields are provided. In addition, there are many Asia University Gym treadmills in the dormitories for daily exercises. Sports clubs are also active and many activities are held regularly.
Student clubs
There areCheer Squad Clubnearly 100 student clubs for your choice. Regular activities are held by the clubs, in addition to irregular ones offered by the International College and the departments. Many Tae Kwon Do Club culture-exploring tours are offered during the semester times which you are invited to join all the time.
