History
The École normale de l'enseignement technique (ENET) was founded by decree in 1912. It became the École normale supérieure de Cachan in 1985 and finally the École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay in 2016.
Education
ENS Paris-Saclay's 12 academic departments cover a wide range of disciplines in science, engineering and the social sciences. The School's educational strategy is based on very strong interaction between teaching and research.

Great Learning Experience at Polytechnique Sousse
As a student at Polytechnique Sousse, I can confidently say that my experience has been both enriching and intellectually stimulating. The university offers a robust academic environment with a strong focus on technical and practical skills, particularly in the fields of Business Intelligence and Data Science. One of the standout features of Polytechnique Sousse is the quality of the faculty. Professors are not only highly qualified but also deeply invested in the success of their students. They encourage critical thinking, foster creativity, and ensure that we are well-prepared for the challenges of the modern workforce. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering a wide range of subjects, including data analytics, programming, and business strategy, which has provided me with a solid foundation for my career. The facilities and resources available are excellent, particularly in terms of computer labs and software tools. As a student in Business Intelligence, I've had access to industry-standard tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL, which have been crucial in my learning journey. Moreover, the university offers great support for students through workshops, career counseling, and networking events, allowing me to connect with industry professionals and gain real-world insights. Polytechnique Sousse also has a vibrant student life, with various clubs and societies that promote extracurricular activities and encourage collaboration. The Croissant Rouge club, for instance, has been an incredible experience for me, allowing me to develop leadership skills and contribute to social causes. The ENS Paris-Saclay libraries contribute to the School' teaching and research activities. A library and documentation committee meets at least once a year to advise upon library policy.
