History
National College of Ireland was established in 1951. At the close of the Second World War, there was a widespread desire to improve social conditions, which was joined, in Ireland, to a renewed sense of nationality and an awareness of the threat posed by the Soviet Union.

Worth the effort
NCI has been a great experience. Academically, the quality of course content is a generous amount of information. The course I'm currently enrolled in is a really fascinating one and requires hardwork. Staff and Lecturers' are amazing and ready to help. Overall I would recommend

Practical learning experience
Although it's a smaller institution with limited facilities, NCI offers a strong business education with a practical focus, making it a solid choice for international business students. Its central Dublin location provides excellent networking opportunities with multinational companies and financial institutions. The curriculum is industry-aligned, with courses emphasizing real-world applications and employability

Housing services
NCI does not have its own accommodation. The student accommodation on campus is owned and managed by the Exeter Property Group. Please visit mayorsquare.com for further details. It is currently open for bookings. There are other residences available in the area surrounding the College.

Campus life
NCI is committed to providing every possible facility needed to keep staff, students and guests as safe as possible on campus.
Students will only be able to attend on-campus as timetabled by their programme of studies, for pre-booked study, or by pre-arranged appointment. You must swipe your card to log in (and again to log out when exiting) at the entrances to the College.
Sports facilities
SV Fitness is open for students and they have upgraded facilities to allow for current health and safety requirements. Training slots for the gym may be booked via the SV Fitness app.
