When the Western Australian Institute of Technology (WAIT) began teaching students in 1967, it drew on a rich history of technical education in Western Australia to offer industry-focused higher education courses to a booming post-war population. Campus life
Curtin University Dubai began operating in 2018 and its campuses are located in Dubai International Academic City and Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Known for its incredible architecture, modern culture and futuristic vision, Dubai offers a study experience like no other. Students at Curtin Dubai have the opportunity to enroll in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in business, science, information technology, and humanities – all of which are licensed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Government of Dubai.
Sports facilities
Participating in sports clubs at Curtin provides a great opportunity to stay active, learn a new sport, make friends and practice your favorite sport. Curtin Dubai offers weekly training sessions with a dedicated coach for each of its sports clubs.What can you expect?

Student clubs
Student-led clubs are an integral part of the University experience at Curtin. The Tech club aims at providing an enriching experience for IT and Engineering enthusiasts. Members can take part in workshops, international competitions, and events in the field of technology.
