A Fulfilling Journey of Growth at TU Graz
Graduating with my Bachelors in Architecture at TU Graz and now continuing my Masters studies here has been a deeply fulfilling experience. Coming from Albania, I found a welcoming community, and for the past two years, Ive had the opportunity to work with the International Office and HTU to support incoming students. This role allowed me to guide others through their own transition while feeling more connected myself. The architecture program is both challenging and inspiring, with excellent resources and a dedicated faculty that encourage growth. TU Graz provides a supportive environment for academic and personal development, especially for international students like myself.
Impression
TU Graz offers a dynamic academic environment with cutting-edge research, modern facilities, and a strong focus on innovation. It is a great place for students seeking excellence in engineering and technology.
Variations in Teaching Quality Across Institutes
My overall study experience has been quite diverse and strongly depends on the institute or the individual professor. Unfortunately, professors who are highly dedicated to teaching often focus on outdated or less practical topics. On the other hand, some institutes that cover very current and relevant subjects tend to put less effort into the quality of their teaching. A more balanced approach between engagement and up-to-date content would make the study experience much better overall.
