The University of Bedfordshire takes pride in its partnership with Chevening, the UK government's esteemed global scholarship program. Supported by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organizations, we warmly welcome Chevening recipients.

Eligibility
Chevening Scholarships target individuals recognised as promising future leaders in diverse fields. Prospective applicants are expected to be exceptional graduates possessing the requisite personal, intellectual, and interpersonal qualities essential for leadership roles.Chevening published more detailed information on who can apply for the scholarship on their website, but in general applicants must:
- have evidence they have achieved a minimum English language requirement
- be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country at the time of applying for the award
- hold a degree that is equivalent to at least a UK 2:2 honours degree
- have at least two years' work experience
- plan to travel back to their home country after they have completed their studies
