On the one hand, the curriculum is oriented on sociological and media theory and on the other hand, it provides knowledge and skills in the field of empirical research methodology, using both quantitative and qualitative analytical research methods, applicable to both mainstream and social media.

The program offers an extensive range of courses, covering areas such as digital media, political communication, cultural studies and discourse analysis on the media side, as well as social theory, civil society, globalisation, anthropology of social media, and ethnography on the sociological side.
