Overview

Marine Biological Resources (IMBRSea) from The University of Oviedo is an Erasmus Mundus programme, which builds upon the strengths of the previous International Master of Science in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation (EMBC+), and helps to prepare students for the rapidly evolving demands of the blue bio-economy, as well as research in the sustainable use of marine biological resources.

Key Features

• Each student has their own unique experience, with the opportunity to attend a different institution each semester. During the two years of Master studies you can travel to and stay in up to 8 different countries!

• University of Oviedo accepts applications from a broad community of international community of students every year, who are all commited to making the world a better place and ensuring optimal managment of marine resources in their future professions. 

• IMBRSea courses and thematics were designed taking into account the labor market for marine biologists in Europe, with the chance to gain insight into the inner workings of the market during your Professional Practice internship, as part of your studies!
• You will not only meet many students, lecturers and proffesionals, but you will also have the opportunity to study at 10 different universities, and complete your Professional Practice internship and Masters Thesis at one of our partners, from around the world.
