Program Learning Outcomes

The Food Science program at Kasetsart University will help students be able to design, manage research in food science and technology in systematically by themselves to solve the problem with sustainability and creativity and be able to apply in commercial ,

Students will be able to process and apply knowledge in food science and integrate related knowledge to solve the problems, They will analyze the cause of the problems in production, quality control and food safety using food science and technology principles with professional ethics and abide by laws and regulations and concerns about consumers’ health and world situation.

Graduates will be able to present and write a scientific document related to food science and technology to related persons with professional ethics

They will work with others with different cultures, be able to suitably perform in the assigned tasks. Eager to learn to develop themselves and the organization continuously and be a leader to effectively manage a problem.

An applicant must evidence documents to demonstrate his/her potential on research performance. The documents include:

a minimum of one peer-review publication in the scientific journal before admission; OR
an evidence of a paper presentation in the National or International scientific conference, OR

an Honor degree for the Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science or related field
a scholarship supported by public or private organization for a Master of Science study

AND

Proposal draft of research interest
English requirement by the Graduate School
Financial statement
