Eager to Start My CS Bachelor at UCLL
I haven’t started my studies yet, but I am very excited to begin my Bachelor’s in Computer Science at UCLL in September 2026. From my research and speaking to current students, I am impressed by UCLL’s hands-on teaching style and supportive learning environment. I look forward to developing strong programming skills, collaborating on real-world projects, and gaining a solid foundation for my future career. I am confident that my time at UCLL will be both challenging and rewarding, and I can’t wait to start this journey.
Inclusive Global Class
Great educational program. Interesting lectures and experienced professors. International inclusive environment. Practical material, great facilitation of classes. There are many student societies where u can meet new people and learn something new.
Compact practical college
Probably not the number one college, but I really enjoyed my time here and had a positive overall experience. I completed a two-year AP degree. The campus had a "FabLab" for 3D printing, laser cutting, and more, with a friendly and helpful staff. There was also a "NeuroLab", mainly used by psychology students.

Student services
Finding a suitable study method a process of trial and error for many students. Through UC Leuven-Limburg’s customised academic coaching, you can find your match in no time.
Academic coaching helps you with your study approach in all possible ways:
- study method - How to process all the subject matter you need to know?
- tools for studying - How to acquire all the skills you need to have?
- concentration techniques – How to disregard distractions more easily?
Personal Development Planning is all about setting your own course.
You are in charge of your own study programme but will have a study coach to help you with any questions on your programme throughout the year.
Housing services
Affordable student accommodation is available near each campus. UC Leuven-Limburg has ten campuses in or two of Flanders' most beautiful areas: Leuven and Limburg (Hasselt and Diest).
Library services
Our digital library is accessible 24/7.
Medical services
All residents of Belgium, Belgian nationals or otherwise, are required by law to be covered by a health insurance policy. Obviously, it is also in your own interest. Without insurance coverage, the costs of medical care can quickly spiral out of control. So, make sure to subscribe to health insurance, as it is not taken care of by your institution. On average, 75% of the official rates of (Belgian) medical expenses are reimbursed.
Campus life
The charm of student cities such Leuven or Hasselt lies within the immediate accessibility of all urban amenities within green surroundings.
Furthermore, beautiful vista’s and cultural highlights within Belgium are only 5 to 60 minutes away from our city’s stations. The seaside and hiking regions as well as a wide variety of festivals, cultural centres and museums are at your fingertips at all times.
