Practical & Insightful Experience in Int. Ops. Mgt
My experience studying International Operations Management at University of Salford has been positive overall. The course gives a good understanding of global operations, supply chains, and real-world business practices. The lecturers are supportive, though some parts can be quite theory-heavy. Overall, it’s a solid course if you’re willing to stay motivated and put in the work.

No title
My experience at the University of Salford so far has been both challenging and rewarding. Coming from a different background, studying here has given me the opportunity to adapt to a new academic system while also developing my independence and critical thinking skills. The learning environment encourages self-study, research, and practical application, which has helped me grow not only academically but also personally. One of the aspects I really like about my experience is the practical and interactive nature of the courses. Many modules are designed to reflect real-world business situations, such as simulations and case studies, which make learning more engaging and relevant. The support from lecturers has also been helpful, especially when guidance is needed on assignments or understanding complex topics. In addition, studying in a diverse environment has allowed me to meet people from different cultures, improving my communication skills and global perspective. However, there are some areas that could be improved. At times, clearer guidance on assignment expectations and grading criteria would be beneficial, as adjusting to the UK marking system can be challenging. Additionally, quicker feedback on assessments would help students better understand their performance and make improvements in future work. Improving communication around deadlines and academic support services could also enhance the overall student experience. Overall, I would summarise my study experience at the University of Salford as a valuable journey of growth and adaptation. It has pushed me to become more disciplined, independent, and focused on my goals. Despite some challenges, the experience has been positive, and I believe it is preparing me well for my future career
