campus environment
Sriwijaya University operates across two distinct campuses: one located in Palembang City and the other in North Indralaya Regency. I am currently based at the North Indralaya campus, approximately an hour�s journey from Palembang. The university attracts a diverse student body from various regions of Indonesia, as well as international students. The academic environment fosters a strong sense of mutual support among students, making it particularly well-suited for individuals who prefer a more tranquil setting and are genuinely committed to their studies.

The University of Swat (Women's Campus) provided me with a solid foundation for my academic and professional journey in psychology. Completing my bachelor's degree there was a fulfilling experience, thanks to the dedicated faculty who were knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to fostering an engaging learning environment. The curriculum was well-structured, encompassing both theoretical and practical aspects of psychology. It offered me valuable insights into the complexities of human behavior and mental processes. A highlight of my education was the emphasis on experiential learning, which included internships and hands-on case studies. My internship at Saidu Teaching Hospital, facilitated through the university, was particularly impactful. It gave me the opportunity to apply my knowledge in real-world settings, deepening my understanding of psychological diagnosis and treatment. The Women's Campus provided a comfortable and supportive environment tailored to the needs of female students, with access to well-maintained libraries and spaces conducive to group discussions and collaborative learning. However, I believe the university could enhance its extracurricular offerings, such as psychology-related workshops and seminars, to further enrich the student experience. Overall, my time at the University of Swat (Women's Campus) was instrumental in shaping my skills and aspirations. It has prepared me well for the challenges ahead as I pursue further studies and professional development in the field of psychology.
The enormous ocean of mind
The main aspect of this experience is the connections I could make with professors and the opportunity to engage in research and clinical environments. I hope to pursue the fields of study I like, such as psychopathology, personality theories, and so on....

Student services
Our International Office offers support to all international students throughout your studies. Our Student Experience team has qualified advisers ready to assist on all immigration and visa-related matters. We have a substantial network of support to help you adjust to and make the most out of student life. We want you to feel that you are living and learning in a supportive, positive environment.
Housing services
The university provides several dormitories for students and a new additional dormitory building will soon be completed. Currently there are three university dormitories available to ladies and two to male students. International students are accommodated in a different building located in the north of Tehran.
Library services
The Library is right at the heart of our campus and you’ll find it invaluable. It contains a comprehensive range of medical and rehabilitation e-books and e-journals and digitized core readings. The Library’s online search tools make it easy to find the materials you need and easy to renew or reserve items. The short loan collection also ensures access to those core texts in high demand.

With free Wi-Fi, comfy chairs, an on-site café, the campus is your perfect alternative venue for studying and socializing.
