General requirements
- Complete the online application and submit the $50 nonrefundable application fee.
- Submit official transcripts showing a conferred bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university and all colleges attended.
- Applicants are evaluated on their ability to work constructively with other professionals in an online environment.
- A minimum of two years of work experience is recommended for the MS in Employment Law and MS in Health Law programs.
- The MS in Law programs are not open to U.S. lawyers or current J.D. students.
- NSU limits the number of degrees a student may earn, including a maximum of four master’s degrees and one of each doctoral or professional degree type.
- NSU may rescind or place conditions on an admission offer if concerns arise regarding academic performance or character.
- Official transcripts must be sent directly to NSU by the issuing institution, either by mail or electronically.
