The master of science degree prepares you to become a skilled researcher and professional in the growing field of environmental science and management. Our program blends courses in fundamentals such as ecological, physical, and management sciences, with technical courses in statistics and GIS and specialty courses in an area of your choice.

- To be considered for regular admission, applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.74 or the equivalent (on the U.S. 4.0 scale) from the degree granting institution(s).
- Science-based baccalaureate degree or equivalent training
- Expected preparation would include the following:
- One year of biology (2 semesters or 3 quarters)
- One year of chemistry
- One course in physics
- Courses in differential and integral calculus
- At least one course in statistics
