- A sample of academic writing , preferably in APA style (max. 6,000 words)
- Official transcripts sent directly to the Graduate Admissions Office from each college or university attended by the applicant (even if no credit or degree was earned)
- GRE General Test scores not more than five years previous to the date of the application
