Enhance leadership skills for positive, strategic change
The Organizational Leadership program of St. Edward’s University is offered in an accelerated, low-residency format designed to accommodate working professionals. The program is designed to be completed in five semesters, taking two courses each semester.
Throughout the program, students will learn to:
- Implement a systematic organizational assessment and develop action plans for change
- Examine quantitative and qualitative data from cross-functional areas of an organization in order to logically and creatively support decisions that mobilize change
- Communicate strategic direction, intent and processes related to change in ways that turn conflict into collaboration and lead people from resistance to acceptance
- Establish ethical frameworks to help organizations guide their business behaviors and practices

The master’s degree in Organizational Leadership develops graduates that serve as leaders in careers that are personally and professionally rewarding.

General requirements
- U.S. bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or an equivalent foreign degree, and be in good academic and financial standing with all colleges attended.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75 or better on a 4.0 scale in the final 60 undergraduate semester credit hours of study.
- A GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale, with no grades less than a B, in no less than 12 graduate semester hours completed at a regionally accredited U.S. college or university or the foreign equivalent.
- Competitive score on the GMAT or the GRE.
- Applicants educated at the college level in a language other than English must demonstrate English proficiency.
