General requirements
- Complete a four-year baccalaureate degree program with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or the equivalent (on the U.S. 4.0 scale) from the degree granting institution(s).
- Basic preparation in mathematics and statistics and in a particular disciplinary field that would allow for advanced work in statistical methods as well as applications in one or more content areas
- Successful completion with a grade of “B” or better of calculus-based courses in probability and distribution theory. A background in basic statistical methodology is assumed. Prerequisites include:
- 3 terms of Calculus
- Linear Algebra
- Statistical methods course
- Copies of transcripts from each college or university attended
