Overview

The Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management (MSCM) program offered by the University of Utah can help you build a career in cybersecurity that focuses on the management of cybersecurity. Protecting data has become increasingly complex, requiring additional support to coordinate, plan, execute, and monitor safeguards. Cybersecurity requires a lot of technology, training, and documentation controlled through policies and procedures. It is increasingly becoming a management issue to protect data as technology evolves.

The MSCM program offers maximum flexibility, including evening and online courses, full-time and part-time options, nine credits of electives, and the ability to work while attending school. Students craft their degree to match their interests, career goals, and lifestyle. The program can be completed in as little as a year, even while working full-time.
