Thesis and Non-Thesis Tracks

Students of the Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice program of The University of Tampa may choose between thesis and non-thesis tracks. The non-thesis option is designed for those currently employed or seeking employment in the criminal justice system. The thesis option is ideal for students planning to enter a doctoral program following graduation. Students choosing this track will be required to submit an electronic version of their thesis to the Macdonald-Kelce Library for inclusion in the digital repository, which is accessible on the internet. Students may choose to release the work for immediate access worldwide or choose embargoes restricting access of full text to only The University of Tampa community for one, three or five years, before the work is released freely on the web through the repository.
